Sponsors

The first conference sponsor is ALIA (The Australian Library and Information Association). Other sponsors are the Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, the Australian Society of Archivists, Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers, the National Gallery of Australia, IIPC (International Internet Preservation Consortium), OCLC PICA and the National Museum of Australia. The conference is supported by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

  Becoming a sponsor will give you exposure and access to decision makers from library and archives sectors in all parts of the world. This conference is the pre-eminent event for the international community to come together to discuss issues relating to archiving and long-term access to cultural heritage on the Web. Between 200 and 300 delegates are expected to attend.

There are three levels of sponsorship:

All sponsorship opportunities include at least one complimentary registration, which includes all social functions, as well as many other benefits.

Once you have made your choice of sponsorship, complete the sponsorship application form, available in either RTF (42.5 KB) or PDF (93.5 KB) versions. All sponsorship opportunities are in Australian dollars (AUD$).

Gold sponsors

$6,000 (excluding GST)

  • Company name and logo on every table at conference dinner in the Great Hall of Australia's Parliament House on 10 November, 2004;
  • Signage (supplied by the sponsor) at the conference dinner on 10 November;
  • 5 minute address as pre-dinner drinks 10 November (first gold sponsor only);
  • Signage (supplied by sponsor) on the conference podium;
  • 10 minute product review presentation at the Information Day on 12 November, 2004;
  • Company name and logo on conference Web page and link to company Web site;
  • Logo and acknowledgement in printed program;
  • 2 complimentary registrations (includes all social events);

$3,000 (excluding GST)

  • Company logo and name on lunch serving tables each day of the conference;
  • Pens supplied by the sponsor in every satchel OR Company logo on name badge worn by all delegates at all conference sessions and social events OR Exclusive promotion at conference lunch on one of three days (static display and signage supplied by sponsor);
  • Company name and logo on conference Web page and link to company Web site;
  • Logo and acknowledgement in printed program;
  • 2 complimentary registrations (includes all social events);
  • 1 satchel insert;
