J. Paul Getty Trust: ULAN is a structured vocabulary that contains thousands of names and other information about artists. The coverage is from antiquity to the present, and the geographic scope is global. The scope includes any identified individual or corporate body (ie a group of people working together) involved in the design or creation of art and architecture.

UNESCO: The Atlas lists about 2,500 languages considered to be endangered. For each language, the Atlas provides its name, degree of endangerment, the country or countries where it is spoken, numbers of speakers, relevant policies and projects, sources, ISO codes and geographic coordinates.

National Library of Wales: A free online resource from the National Library of Wales providing access to the newspaper collections of the Library. As of mid 2015 access was provided to approximately 120 newspapers covering the period up to 1910.

146. Free1891 Women's Suffrage Petition

Public Record Office Victoria: In 1891 members from the Women's Christian Temperance Union, the Victorian Temperance Alliance and other women's suffrage groups worked together to collect signatures from women throughout Victoria requesting the right to vote for women in the colony. Nearly 30,000 signatures were recorded. The petition has now been digitised and indexed and has a facility for members of the public to add life details for the contributors.
