Abebooks.com: Abebooks, formerly Advanced Book Exchange, is an online marketplace that includes used books, many rare and out-of-print, and also a growing number of new books. In addition to books, there are magazines, journals, illustration art, vintage photographs, and paper ephemera. There is also an option to search booksellers by name or country.

2. FreeADDALL: Used and Out of Print Search

: A free service that searches across the databases of all the major online bookstores. As well as searching for used, out of print, and rare titles, it has the facility to search for new titles, music, magazines and movies.

Alibris contains millions of used, new and out-of-print books available from thousands of independent booksellers around the world. It also offers a comprehensive inventory of music and movies.

4. OnsiteAmerican Book Prices Current

Bancroft-Parkman: A record of books, manuscripts, autographs, maps and broadsides sold at auction. Countries covered include North America and the UK, with sales from such other countries as Switzerland, Germany, Monaco, Holland, Australia and many other places. It is the standard tool used by dealers, appraisers, auction houses, scholars and tax authorities. The records cover the period from September 1975 to the present, and are updated every month

ANZAAB is the professional body which represents the members of the antiquarian book business in Australia and New Zealand. Use the 'search bookshops' facility to locate antiquarian booksellers.

Australian Book Review: Australian Book Review (ABR) is Australia's oldest literary review. Created in 1961, it publishes reviews, essays, commentaries and creative writing. It has a national scope and is committed to highlighting the full range of critical and creative writing from around Australia. ABR Online can be read on any device with web-browsing capabilities, including desktop computers, laptops, iPads, tablets and smart phones. It offers full access to digital content, including back issues, extended information on contributors and an index that currently covers issues back to 2000. Selective coverage of articles back to 1994/95 is available in APAFT. Indexes for older issues can be found in the print version of ABR, and it is also indexed in AustLit and APAIS.

BookFinder4U is a free service that searches 55 bookstores, 40,000 booksellers worldwide and finds the lowest book prices. Two systems are included: an in-print book search system and an out-of-print book search system.
