Join H.E. Mr. Stéphane Romatet, Ambassador of France to Australia, for the launch of the English translation of Pierre Bernard Milius's 1800-1804 journal. Milius was the last commander of the Nicolas Baudin expedition to Australia, and his fascinating and detailed journal can now be read in English. Includes light refreshments and a performance by the Song Company.

Pierre Bernard Milius owes his fame to the Nicolas Baudin expedition of 1800–1804. The journal of Pierre Bernard Milius is a rare opportunity to bring to life an important but lesser-known chapter in the history of the discovery and exploration of Australia.
