A message for our valued LADD Customers

Thank you for continuing to use Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD)  -  Australia’s largest interlibrary loan and document delivery service.

We hope that your library continues to benefit from this service to search the ANBD, Te Puna and Infotrieve to locate items, manage the entire request and supply process, manage ILL related financial transaction and to facilitate free interlibrary lending between reciprocal partners, and to support your local workflows.

A reminder that all your enquiries regarding our Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD ) service need to be submitted via our online form located via the Libraries Australia Contact Us page: http://librariesaustraliaref.nla.gov.au/reft100.aspx?key=LA

We are unable to accept enquiries via email to personal email boxes. By using our online form, you will be able to trace the status of your enquiry. It also enables us to provide you with a more efficient service when you contact our Help Desk.

When you fill out and submit an online form a message is generated in our enquiry management system. Libraries Australia Help Desk staff can then pass your enquiry along to the most appropriate staff member to answer. This prevents your email to individual staff members potentially lying dormant while staff are on leave or out of the office. Capturing all inward queries also assists us in keeping all correspondence regarding a particular query in a single place for easy reference.

We continue to be available by phone on 1800 026 155 from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm AEST.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

Thank you for assisting us to manage your enquiries more efficiently.
