Libraries Australia maintenance scheduled for late 22 – 24 February

Dear colleagues,

We wish to advise that maintenance work is required on the Libraries Australia system this weekend.

The Libraries Australia Record Import Service will be suspended from today until next Monday morning 25 February.

The Libraries Australia Record Export Service will be suspended from 5.00 p.m. this Friday 22 February until Monday morning. RES files will not be created over the weekend, but records from any cataloguing activity during this period which would normally trigger record downloading to RES (exporting records, new/updated/deleted holdings) will be downloaded in your RES files from Monday.

Libraries Australia Search, including searching via the Libraries Australia Z39.50 gateway, Libraries Australia Document Delivery, the Libraries Australia Cataloguing Client and WebCat will continue to operate as normal.

In addition, if you believe that you are missing any records in your RES files from cataloguing activity on Sunday 3 February or Monday 4 February, please contact the Libraries Australia Help Desk http://www.nla.gov.au/librariesaustralia/contact/

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Regards,

Debbie Campbell
