Create user accounts and manage permissions

You can create individual user accounts within your organisation’s Libraries Australia account, and specify what services they can access, by logging in to Libraries Australia Administration as a Customer Administrator.

If you would like to set up Customer Administrator access, contact Libraries Australia member support.

Create a new user account

You need Customer Administrator Access to create new user accounts. To set up Customer Administrator access, contact Libraries Australia member support.

To create a new user account:

  • log in to Libraries Australia Administration

  • click ‘View Organisation’

  • click ‘Users’

  • click ‘New User’

  • enter user information and select which services you’d like them to have access to

  • click ‘Save’.

Manage user permissions

You need Customer Administrator Access to manage user permissions. To set up Customer Administrator access, contact Libraries Australia member support.

To manage the access that an existing user has to various Libraries Australia services:

  • log in to Libraries Australia Administration

  • click ‘View Organisation’

  • click ‘Users’

  • click on the user account whose permissions you would like to manage

  • in the ‘Services’ section, select the services you wish the user to be able to access

  • click ‘Save’.
