REMINDER: Upgrade of Libraries Australia Services - Services Unavailable 6 - 7 May

Dear Colleagues,

I am just posting a reminder that Libraries Australia is preparing to upgrade the CBS software that underlies the Australian National Bibliographic Database (ANBD) and many of the Libraries Australia services. The Production environment of CBS will be upgraded late on Friday 5 May and over the weekend 6 - 7 May. This upgrade will require most services to be offline during the process, some for different periods to others.

Service Availability Times
LA Search Search will be available but not up to date

Adding records and changing holdings will be unavailable

6pm 5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
Libraries Australia Cataloguing Client Unavailable 6pm 5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
LA Document Delivery Unavailable 6pm 5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
LA WebCat Changes will not be saved 6pm 5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
Z39.50 Unavailable 6pm 5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
Record Import Service (RIS) Files will be received but not processed until the service returns 5 May to 8 May (AEST)
LA Products Requests will be received but not processed until the service returns Midday  5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
Record Export Service Tagged records will be held until the service returns Midday  5 May to 9am 8 May (AEST)
