'Imagination is more important than knowledge ... knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world.' - Albert Einstein

From Friday 15 May, Emma Anna's internationally-renowned public artwork Imag_ne will be exhibited on the National Library of Australia's podium.

Conceived as the major project to support Emma Anna's work towards her Masters in Public Art, Imag_ne debuted as part of Sculpture by the Sea in Bondi, Sydney and was awarded the SXS / Art Gallery of NSW Site Specific Prize.

The work spells out IMAG_NE in Scrabble-like letters and visitors are invited to engage directly with the work by photographing themselves in the artwork and tagging the @national_library_of_australia on Instagram. #imagineNLA
