Applications for 2024 National Library of Australia Fellowships, Creative Arts Fellowships and the Folk Fellowship open on 3 March 2023

Researchers, folklorists and creatives are encouraged to apply for nine philanthropically funded fellowships offered by the National Library of Australia.

‘The Library’s Fellowships offer recipients the opportunity to explore the Library’s unique collections and frequently make serendipitous discoveries. So often, our researchers find unique material in our collections that inspires new works of art or new research findings’, said Kathryn Favelle, Director, Reader Services.

Successful applicants will have special access to the Library’s collection material, supported by expert staff, full office facilities including a designated workstation, and an honorarium to contribute towards to travel and accommodation expenses.
