Applications for 2024 National Library of Australia Scholarships and Asia Study Grants open on 1 May 2023

Researchers, academics and creatives are encouraged to apply for 6 philanthropically funded scholarships and 5 grants which open for applications on Monday 1 May 2023.

The Library’s Scholarships and Grants offer post-graduate students the opportunity to expand and enrich their research through dedicated time using the Library’s unique collections, supported by National Library staff. Time and time again, we see emerging researchers uncovering new information that will have a lasting impact on their research topics’, said Kathryn Favelle, Director, Reader Services.

Successful applicants will have special access to the Library’s collection material, supported by expert staff, full office facilities including a designated workstation, and an honorarium to contribute towards to travel and accommodation expenses.
