Trailblazing Women and the Law Oral History Project
This module draws from the collections of the National Library of Australia, with a particular focus on the Oral History and Folklore collection project Trailblazing Women and the Law.
This project, started in 2013, as an ARC (Australian Research Council) Linkage partnership undertaken by the Australian National University and the University of Melbourne in collaboration with the National Library of Australia, National Foundation for Australian Women, Federal Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia and Australian Women Lawyers. This project includes the oral histories of Australian women in the legal profession as interviewed by Professor Kim Rubenstein and Dr Nikki Henningham.
