This resource is aligned with the Australian Curriculum: Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography), and Science for Year 4, 5 and 6 students. It adopts an inquiry-based learning approach to develop students’ understanding of geographical and scientific processes relating to weather, environments, people and systems.
Designed to give teachers flexibility and develop student skills, the content of this module is based on Australia’s Wild Weird Wonderful Weather by Stephanie Owen Reeder and Tania McCartney (NLA Publishing, 2020), and is best used in conjunction with the book.
